We have a professional refurbish factory of small home appliances. We deal in products of renowned brands like Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex, Kenwood, Krups, Panasonic, Morphy Richards, DeLonghi, and many more. We are a 90% export oriented company and our extensive research work has enabled us to know the exact requirement of the consumers and deliver products accordingly.
Our Expertise-Refurbishing
Britcom, established in 1996, has its office and warehouse expanded in 4000 sqm in Birmingham, England, UK and in 5000 sqm in Bucharest, Romania. Our diversified activity involves refurbishing electronic products like telephones for British Telecom in the first 10 years of activity and starting with 2006 small domestic appliances from Groupe SEB, Kenwood-Delonghi & Morphy-Richards. The aptness of our existence in the market is justified by the quality products at nominal rates with delivery in the stipulated time.

The Factory
- Organized with 9 product family specific production lines
- Each line has received specific instruction in the re-manufacturing process from various experts from the UK that have provided intensive training courses for our own people
- Each line has a complete QC system on-line with 100% end of line inspection.
The Process
The goods are received in our superb factory whereby every single piece passes through the following procedure:
- Electrical & function test
- Full repair if required & replacement of any defective parts with original parts
- Full refurbish (if required) to a very high standard
- Full test again on each piece
- Packaged in original box or new box with instruction manual, plug adaptor
- Goods are graded into 3 grades - A is in perfect conditions as a new product, B has small cosmetic marks & C shows clear signs of usage
- Goods are then bar coded individually & correctly stored in our 5000 sqm warehouse.
Product Characteristics
- 100% original branded goods more rigorously checked for quality than from the original production factory
- Technically perfect and graded according to it's cosmetic look
- Sold at a significant discount to normal trade prices but as good as the original product.
